How To Order
Orders are taken over the phone with a sales representative to ensure that you are getting exactly what you need. All information is strictly confidential. The sales representative can also get you a shipping rate if you need one and give you an estimate on when your machine will ship.
Your Order
Manufacture of your product begins when your prepaid order is received. Your power washer or accessory is built per order or to your specific instructions, and is shipped to you within 15 working days or less. If a machine is going over seas please let us know at the time of order.
Pricing
Although we make every effort to keep pricing up to date, our pricing is subject to change without notice. Every possible attempt is made to notify you of any price increase at the time your order is placed.
Payment
Power Washers Unlimited welcomes purchases via credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover). Any deposits made are non-refundable. Leasing is also available. Please click here for more information.
Freight Policy
Motor truck (LDL) shipment of your order: When you contact us BEFORE YOU ORDER, we will obtain the lowest possible shipping rate for you and pass it on directly to you. Contact us BEFORE you place your order, let us know when you want to order, and we will add the shipping cost to the price of the item you order.
Freight Damages
Inspect freight BEFORE YOU SIGN. Note on the freight bill any obvious damage at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in your company being liable for the damaged merchandise. Notify the carrier immediately upon delivery of any noticeable damage. ProPowerWashers.com cannot assist you in working out a settlement with the carrier unless the carrier is immediately notified of the damage. If you suspect internal damage, OPEN IMMEDIATELY! Even if no damaged goods are suspected, open the carton within 24 hours of delivery and make a thorough inspection. Hold all damaged goods and their packing materials for inspection by the carrier.
Defective Merchandise and Warranties
The liability of Power Washers Unlimited is limited to the cost of the defective item. All components carry the manufacturers' warranties. The customer is responsible for labor and any other expenses connected with warranty repair or replacement. Freight charges are not covered under the warranty policy.
Returns
All machines are manufactured as soon as orders are placed, so no machine can be returned unless DOA. Equipment is fully covered under Power Washers Unlimited's and the component manufacturers' warranties. Equipment under warranty will be repaired or replaced by the component manufacturers. Once a machine is in production it can not be stopped due to buyer's remorse especially ordered and/or custom-built items are non-refundable/non-returnable. Return shipping and freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. A 25% re-stock fee applies. All returns must have a Return Authorization number (RA#) written on the box. Contact us by e-mail or call us toll free at (866) 851-2113 for a return authorization number or RA#. RA# is void if product is not returned within 15 days of RA# being issued. No returns after 30 days of purchase. Products must be returned in new condition and in the original box (never been used). Credit cannot be issued if product is missing instructions, the box, any hardware, and/or is damaged in any way. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Shipping is non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Products returned to us without a RA# will be refused. Products being returned must be shipped by UPS Ground or Freight. Products refused by the customer upon delivery are subject to a 25% restocking fee and all shipping charges. If the shipping company is not able to deliver due to no fault on our part, the customer is subject to return shipping and reshipment charges.
Typographical or Pricing Errors by Power Washers Unlimited
In the event a product is incorrectly priced or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, ProPowerWashers.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. ProPowerWashers.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Power Washers Unlimited shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Order Acceptance Policy on Power Washers Unlimited
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Power Washers Unlimited reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Sales Taxes on Power Washers Unlimited
Power Washers Unlimited shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to the State of Florida. The purchaser shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
