Limited Product Warranty

Power Washers Unlimited warrants all of its power washers to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, for the periods specified below. This Limited Warranty is subject to the exclusions shown below, is calculated from the date of the original purchase, and applies to the original components only. Any parts replaced under this warranty will assume the remainder of the parts warranty period.

 

Warranties Provided by Other Component Manufacturers

Motors, generators, and engines, which are warranted by their respective manufacturers, are serviced through these manufacturers' local authorized service centers. All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions. All new pressure washer major components are sold with original manufacturer's factory warrantees, where applicable. Power Washers Unlimited does not provide warranties on these items:

 

Engines

Honda GX Series Engines Honda Limited Warranty: THREE (3) years from date of purchase. Honda will repair or replace any manufacturer defect at Honda's expense. To be handled directly by Honda Service Centers, consult owner's manual for details.

 

Electric Motors

Electric Motors Limited Warranty: ONE (1) year from date of purchase for repair or replacement of the motor, at their option, for any manufacturing defects. To be handled through their authorized service centers.  NOTE: Their limited warranty does not include damage from low voltage or low amperage use, high voltage or high amperage use, or any other operator-incurred damage.

 

Pumps

General A/R Pumps Limited Warranties: The manufacturer offers a "One and Five" limited warranty on triplex ceramic plunger-type pumps; from date of purchase, parts only, no labor.

The oil end of the pump: parts only, no labor, is warranted for TWO (2) years from date of purchase against manufacturer defects.  The water end of the pump: parts only (head, plungers, valves, packings, and O-rings) are warranted for ONE (1) year from date of purchase against manufacturer defects; no labor. This does not include normal wear from use.  NOTE: Overheated or run-dry pumps void all warranties

 

Burners and Coils

Beckett Burners Beckett Burners Limited Warranties: ONE (1) year limited warranty for manufacturer defects, parts only, no labor; TWO (2) years limited warranty for coils, no labor. This Limited Warranty includes, but is not limited to, all burner electronics and mechanical parts, machine wiring, flow switches, pressure switches, pop-off valves, thermostats, diesel fuel injectors, fuel pumps, blowers, transformers, igniters, control box and switches, and heater coils.  NOTE: Allowing any water flow portion of the machine to freeze voids all warranties.

 

Accessory Parts

Contact Power Washers Unlimited for the THREE (3) month limited warranty for manufacturer defects on parts only, no labor, including but not limited to: unloader valve, thermal relief valve, reel, reel swivels, easy-start valve, chemical injector, spray tips, spray guns, wand extensions, telescoping wands, ball valves, sand injectors, quick couplers, high-pressure hose, sewer hose, foot pedals, tanks, filters, jumper hose, ground fault interrupter, flat surface cleaners, battery.  Contact Power Washers Unlimited for the ONE (1) year limited warranty for manufacturer defects on parts only, no labor, including but not limited to: machine carts, machine frames, wheels, coil skins, and fuel tanks.

 

Limitations of Liability

No warranties or factory warranties are transferable. Except as expressly stated herein, Power Washers Unlimited expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The sole and exclusive maximum liability to Power Washers Unlimited arising from any product sold on the Power Washers Unlimited site shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Power Washers Unlimited, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold. Power Washers Unlimited does not authorize any other party to make any representation or promise on behalf of Power Washers Unlimited or to modify the terms, conditions, or limitations in any way.

 

THE WARRANTY CONTAINED HEREIN IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

It is understood that a manufacturer's limited warranty pertains to equipment used in its prescribed manner, without abuse, and does not include wear and tear. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the installation and use of Power Washers Unlimited products conform to local codes. While Power Washers Unlimited attempts to ensure that its products meet national codes, it cannot be responsible for how the consumer chooses to use or install the product.  All freight charges incurred on warranty situations are the responsibility of the buyer.
